Deutsch bei Ibisacam: eine schlechte Erfahrung

Wir sind

Wir sind ausländische Studenten, die vom AMS geschickt wurden, um in Ibisacam Deutsch zu lernen. Wir haben diese Seite eingerichtet, um die österreichische Regierung, das AMS und die Öffentlichkeit über die schlechte Qualität des Deutschunterrichts in Ibisacam zu informieren.
Ibisacam ist eine private Einrichtung mit Gewinnstreben, die über das AMS Bildungsdienstleistungen für die österreichische Regierung erbringt. Wie bereits erwähnt, sind wir Deutschschüler, die in Ibisacam im direkten Auftrag des AMS Deutsch lernen. Wir haben unsere Steuern und Beiträge bezahlt und haben Anspruch auf Arbeitslosenunterstützung, einschließlich Bildung, wie jeder andere in diesem Land. Diese deutsche Ausbildung ist ein äußerst wichtiges Instrument für die Entwicklung unseres Lebens in diesem Land, und es ist auch ein wichtiger Dienst für dieses Land, da es Tausenden von talentierten Arbeitnehmern mit regulärer Migration ermöglicht, ihr Talent in ihrer Muttersprache, Deutsch, in den Dienst der Gemeinschaft zu stellen.
Deutschunterricht für ausländische Arbeitnehmer ist für Ausländer und Einheimische von großer Bedeutung. Die österreichische Regierung unternimmt hier außergewöhnliche Anstrengungen und stellt jedes Jahr ein umfangreiches Budget für diesen Zweck zur Verfügung. Allerdings muss jeder wissen, dass die Qualität der von Ibisacam vermittelten Bildung weit davon entfernt ist, das Niveau zu erreichen, für das die österreichische Regierung zahlt.
Laut Quellen innerhalb von Ibisacam zahlt das AMS jeden Monat über 1000 Euro pro Schüler, der in Ibisacam eine Deutschausbildung absolviert. Im Vergleich dazu ist das eine große Zahl. Man kann erwarten, dass bei solchen Preisen eine gute Qualität der Ausbildung geboten wird.
Auf dieser Seite posten wir Ibisacam-SchülerInnen Probleme mit der Qualität der hier erhaltenen Ausbildung an die Öffentlichkeit. Dies tun wir mit dem Verständnis, dass:

  1. Die meiste Zeit sind die Lehrer nicht für die schlechte Qualität der Ausbildung verantwortlich. Wir wenden uns direkt an die internen Verfahren und Strategien von Ibisacam, ohne die Absicht, einen bestimmten Lehrer anzusprechen, vor allem, weil die schlechte Qualität der Ausbildung nicht in ihrer Verantwortung liegt, sondern in der Verantwortung des Managements. Sie tun, was sie können, innerhalb eines sehr schlecht verwalteten Rahmens.

2. Deutsche Bildung für Ausländer ist in Österreich von strategischer Bedeutung. Sowohl für AusländerInnen als auch für InländerInnen, unabhängig von Ethnie, Religion oder politischer Einstellung. Sie kann nicht einer ineffizienten, gewinnorientierten Institution überlassen werden.

3. Die österreichischen (und ausländischen) Steuerzahler haben ein Recht darauf, über die Verwendung öffentlicher Mittel informiert zu werden. Und wir glauben, dass es wenig Wissen über den gezahlten Preis und die erhaltene Qualität von Ibisacam gibt.

Ibisacam Struktur

Die Ibisacam ist keine Einrichtung des Staates Österreich. Sie ist ein privates Unternehmen mit Gewinnerzielungsabsicht. Es ist interessant, seine Struktur zu betrachten, die dem folgt, was in der Wirtschaft als Kaskadenbesitz bekannt ist. Das bedeutet, dass das Unternehmen, das wir alle kennen (Ibisacam Bildung GmbH), nicht einer Person oder einer Gruppe von Personen gehört, sondern einem anderen Unternehmen, das wiederum einem anderen Unternehmen gehört, und so weiter. Die meisten dieser Informationen sind in den meisten europäischen Ländern öffentlich, so dass das, was wir hier präsentieren, kein Geheimnis ist. Das letzte geht jedoch verloren, wenn man feststellt, dass 81,15 % aller Unternehmen, die Ibisacam besitzen, einer Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Luxemburg gehören, einem Land, in dem es aufgrund eines kürzlich ergangenen Gerichtsurteils schwierig und nahezu unmöglich ist, weitere Informationen über den Eigentümer des Unternehmens zu erhalten. Wem gehört Ibisacam, und warum ist der letzte sichtbare Eigentümer ein luxemburgisches Unternehmen?
